Inside Mount - Minimum Depth Requirement: 2 inches. - Width: 0.4 inches shorter than the window opening. - Height: Same as the window height.
Example: For a window opening 25.5 inches wide by 48 inches high, the shade width is 25.1 inches (25.5 - 0.4), and the height is 48 inches.

Outside Mount - Width: 3-6 inches wider than the window width. - Height: 8-10 inches longer than the window height for better coverage.
Example: For a window outside size of 25 inches wide by 36 inches high, the shade width should be more than 28 inches (25 + 3), and the height should be longer than 44 inches (36 + 8).
